Lil' Dragons Karate Classes
$99 first month then only $80 per month Family Discounts Available
Youth Karate
The Lil' Dragons Karate classes are designed for ages 4, 5 and 6 and focus on developing the child's coordination, listening, team work, and other skills.
We introduce the student to Karate basics by using quick thinking, simple, and some complex games.
Classes are available 4 days a week for 30 mins from 4:30pm-5pm and prepares the student for a future in martial arts.
Kids Karate Classes
$189 the first month then only $120 per month. Family Discounts Available

Kids Karate
At the McAdoo Martial Arts Academy we teach two primary styles of Karate-Do; Shito Ryu and Goju Ryu. Both take great discipline, patience, and focus. These classes are available 4 days a week and offer time options from 5pm-6pm or 6pm-7pm. Saturday classes are 10am-11am with weapon training from 11am-12pm.
Kids Classes are for ages 7-12 years old.
Class curriculum is broken down into a 4-step teaching method for both adult and children classes and for all experience levels.

Adult/Teen Karate
We teach both Shito Ryu and Goju Ryu styles in the adult class along with more intense cardio training. These classes are available 4 days a week from 7pm-8pm and offer a nice challenge at all skill levels from beginner to advanced. Saturday classes are 10am-11am with weapon training from 11am-12pm.
Teen classes are for ages 13-17 and Adult classes are for ages 18+
We follow the 4-step teaching method for all experience levels.
